The Chairman chairs District meetings and Executive meetings. She attends one meeting of every club during the year. She must attend the District Assembly and Annual Conference and represents the District at other District events

Tricia Phillips

The First Vice Chairman deputises for and assists the chairman when necessary and generally plans a lot in advance for the next year.

The Second Vice Chairman runs the sales table and plans for the year after next.

Emmeline Lambert

The Secretary deals with all the correspondence and liaises between the District and Association, ensuring that everyone knows what they should be doing and when!

Paula Probitts

The Treasurer keeps a tight reign on the accounts for the District. She generally receives District and Association charity  collections and club money for District events and makes sure we only spend what is allowed!

Lorraine Stott

Lorraine, right (here with past District Chairman Brenda Lowe, who sits on Association Overseas Committee)

The Council member is our main link to Association. She is part of the governing body of Association and our representative there. If you write to Association you must send her a copy.

Pauline White

The District Editor liaises with all club correspondents and edits and publishes the Wheel Write magazine for all District members. She needs information and photographs from clubs on a regular basis and informs them of deadlines.

Brenda Lowe

The Overseas Chairman leads our overseas charity work and has her own little committee at District level. She ensures that all our baby bundles and joy bags get to the right place in addition to encouraging overseas charity fund-raising. She also organises the annual overseas lunch.

Ann Bromley

The past District Chairman spearheads our recruitment of new members. Her wisdom-gained from her year of office-also guides us all.

June Jones

The Minutes Secretary assists the secretary by recording and producing the minutes for District and Executive meetings
