Inner Wheel District 26
Covering three counties in the UK -
Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Hertfordshire

In this district we have 22 clubs and about 600 members. If you would like to make an informal visit to a club to see what goes on, or to find out more, please contact Jenny Versey by e-mail at jenny@verseyweb.com

Who we are and the Routes to Membership:

There are over 100,000 members of Inner Wheel worldwide in 100 different countries. There are two routes to membership:

A: If you are related to a member of Rotary, Rotaract or Interact.

Membership is open to wives/partners, mothers, sisters, and daughters of member of the Rotary family. Inner Wheel grew out of Rotary when Rotary was a male-only organisation; and so its members have always included their female relatives.

B: If you are not related to the Rotarian family

Women who are not related to Rotarians, but who share our common principles, can still become members. This type of membership is a little more complicated because you must first become an honorary member for 2 years before being able to become a full member. This is due to international rules. However, you will find that it makes no real difference to being a full member of the club, enjoying the company and participating in all the events.

If a Rotary Club has no Inner Wheel, you may join the next nearest one. This district has clubs in the following locations which meet once a month :
